Appointments & Cancellations
We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. We require at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another patient waiting for care. • Fees: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice—or missed without notice—are subject to a $75 late cancellation/no-show fee. • Recurrence: Repeated missed appointments may result in limitations on future scheduling or discharge from the practice to ensure fairness to all patients.
